The AMNS Township in Surat, India, is designed as a self-sustaining community. The Community Heart offers residences with easy access to key amenities. Dedicated infrastructure ensures efficient utility management and self-sufficiency within the masterplan. Residential zones provide a mix of housing types, green spaces, and community facilities. The Public Zone focuses on socially oriented recreational planning with shopping, sports, education, healthcare, and cultural spaces, creating a dynamic and inclusive township environment.​
