The commercial planning of Phum Brolay Resort Villa offers a unique blend of organic farming, local shopping, and family-friendly entertainment. The project includes zones for a container café, a mini zoo, and a childrens go-kart track. The overall goals to create an immersive and recurring experience for visitors.

By promoting sustainability and urban agriculture, the development fosters a connection with nature, turning ordinary spaces into flourishing green areas for community gathering and natural living, place making in its truest sense.
